Kip Powell is an associate partner and senior consultant in Aon Hewitt’s Atlanta office, with over 12 years of experience in compensation-related fields, specializing in competitive compensation benchmarking, incentive plan design, and performance planning. Throughout their career, Kip has worked with a diverse range of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 100 enterprises, across various industries including retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. Kip began their career as a compensation consultant at Coopers & Lybrand and has also held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Georgia-Pacific LLC, and Ultigo. They hold a B.S. in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and are currently pursuing an MBA at Georgia State University.
