Kyle Kalinich

Kyle Kalinich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and human capital sectors, currently serving as Managing Director and SVP of Aon M&A Solutions since 2001. In this role, Kyle assists clients and colleagues with critical solutions in mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, since 2018, Kyle has held the position of SVP at Aon Intellectual Property Solutions. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Managing Director at Medtronic from 1994 to 2001. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science from Northwestern University.
