Ladd Muzzy

Ladd Muzzy is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in advisory and executive roles across various prestigious firms. Currently serving as the Director and Enterprise Risk Management Leader at Aon since August 2021, Muzzy oversees the development of global reputation risk management advisory solutions. Previously, Muzzy was the CEO and Owner of Forethought Advisory, focusing on risk management and small business consulting. Muzzy held significant positions at Nasdaq as Principal and Risk Subject Matter Expert, at PwC as Managing Director, and at BMO Financial Group as VP & Managing Director. Additionally, Muzzy served as the Global Head of Operational Risk Management at Barclays and led Risk Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. Muzzy holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Actuarial Science from the University of Michigan.
