Lance Emery

Lance Emery has extensive experience in human resources and financial management, beginning as a Financial Controller at Horizon Bank from May 1994 to May 1995, where participation in a Management Training Program was a highlight. After that, Lance held various significant roles at Willis Towers Watson, including the North America Human Resources Senior Director and Global Human Resources Senior Director for multiple business segments, contributing to post-merger HR transformations and talent management strategies. Prior experience also includes a Human Resources Senior Manager position at Accenture, leading global HR initiatives for financial management personnel across multiple regions. Currently, Lance serves as the Chief People Officer for the Enterprise Client Group and Aon Growth Ventures, focusing on colleague engagement and talent strategy development. Lance earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University in 1994.
