Lara Smallshaw

Lara Smallshaw is currently a Client Director at Aon, specializing in professional indemnity underwriting. With extensive experience in evaluating risks and managing client relationships, Lara has successfully built and grown a book of business in a competitive environment. Prior to Aon, Lara served as a Senior Underwriter at XL Catlin for two decades, where they focused on various sectors including legal and financial services. Lara began their career as a Credit Insurance Underwriter at Hilton Malcolm Underwriting Limited. They are also pursuing a BA (Hons) in Business Economics at the University of Liverpool.
