Larry Farina

Larry Farina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Legal Operations at Aon since December 2012. In this dual role, Larry oversees sales operations for Talent consulting in North America while facilitating commercial contracts. Previous positions held include Global Sales Operations Manager, where Larry focused on revenue growth and sales processes, and Sales Operations Manager for the Proposal Team within Talent & HR Services. Earlier roles include Sr. Proposal Specialist at Insight, VP Lending at Premier Credit Union, and various positions in mortgage finance and business development. Larry holds a Juris Doctor from The Colleges of Law and a BS in Leadership and Organization Behavior from Northwestern University.
