Laura Caudwell

Laura Caudwell is the Director of Public Sector Pensions at Aon, where they manage LGPS Funds across the UK and provide actuarial and governance consulting advice. Prior to this role, Laura served as an Associate Partner and Senior Actuary, helping clients navigate actuarial challenges and fund governance. They began their career as an Actuarial Analyst at HSBC Actuaries & Consultants Limited, where they gained valuable experience in pension scheme valuations. Laura holds a First-Class Honours degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bath, obtained in 2006.
