Laura Chen-Hoyle

Laura Chen-Hoyle is currently the Head of People Operations for APAC at Aon, where they lead HR operations with a focus on workforce strategy and HR transformation. Previously, they held roles including Implementation Project Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Aon, where they successfully managed global projects and recruitment across multiple regions. Their career began at Aurora Fashions Ltd as a Manager, followed by positions in recruitment consulting at Randstad Financial & Professional and Fieldfisher. Laura earned a Bachelor's degree in Ancient World from University College London.
