Laura Thompson

Laura Thompson is currently the Vice President of Time Away Solutions at Aon, where they lead high-performing teams to provide guidance on a range of time away programs. Previously, Laura held various roles, including Vice President of National Absence Management Practice at Aon and National Client Manager at Unum. Laura's extensive experience includes positions at Concentra, Owens Corning, Raytheon, Mercer, and Liberty Mutual Insurance. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Penn State University and an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business, along with a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green State University.
