Leanne McPhee

Leanne McPhee is currently the Head of Operations at Aon Business Services. They have extensive experience in operations management, having served as Operations Director for both EMEA and HR BPO EMEA at Aon from 2018 to 2022, and as Operations Director at Aon Hewitt from 2000 to 2022. Before their tenure at Aon, Leanne worked at Hewitt Associates, where they held various roles including Resourcing and Learning & Development Domain Manager and Operations Manager. Additionally, they began their career at Allstaff Recruitment as a Resourcer from 1998 to 2000.
