Leon Rieger is the Partner and Houston Retirement Practice Leader at Aon, where they have worked since 2010. Previously, they served as an Actuarial Retirement Consultant and later as Principal and Retirement Consultant at Hewitt Associates from 1988 to 1996. Leon holds a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and a Master of Science in Mathematics, both from Texas A&M University. They are also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.
