Leonard Hsu

Leonard Hsu is currently the Vice President of Claims for Aon BC & Yukon, a position held since 2009, where they serve as a team leader and construction claims consultant in Vancouver. In this role, they provide guidance on major losses and develop claims protocols for clients. Prior to this, Leonard worked as a Claims Adjuster and Examiner at Canadian Northern Shield Insurance Company from 1996 to 2009, gaining extensive experience in both first and third-party claims. Leonard is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Windsor, alongside obtaining their CIP and CRM at the Insurance Institute of Canada.
