Lisa Clements

Lisa Clements is the Director of HR & Professional Services at Alight and has held various leadership roles in HR and sales throughout their career. They previously served as Director of HR Services at Aon, where they developed sourcing strategies and managed vendor relations. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Lisa owns Murano Mystique, a business specializing in handcrafted glass jewelry, and Rockin R Farm N Ranch, a small family-run farm. They have also been a National Sales Leader at The Longaberger Company and a Sales Consultant at Your Inspiration At Home. Lisa earned a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Downtown and is currently pursuing a degree in Business with a focus on Accounting at Robert Morris University.
