Lisa Patel

Lisa Patel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in health and employee benefits management. Currently serving as CEO of Health UK at Aon since October 2021, Lisa has previously held leadership positions including Head of Health and Talent EMEA and Area Director at Aon, as well as Head of Client Strategy and Development at Capita Employee Benefits. Additional roles include Divisional MD at Bluefin and Consultant at Gissings, along with Divisional Director at SBJ Benefit Consultants. Lisa Patel holds a BSc in Maths and Economics from the University of Warwick, earned from 1990 to 1993.
