Liz Henderson

Liz Henderson is a strategic leader with over two decades of expertise in catastrophe risk analytics, climate risk advisory, and ESG solutions. Currently, as the Global Head of Climate Risk Advisory at Aon, Liz leads a global team focused on integrating advanced climate science into decision-making for corporations and policymakers. Previously, Liz held various leadership roles at Aon, successfully enhancing client engagement and expanding the Climate Risk Advisory practice across global markets. With a degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Northwestern University, Liz has been recognized with awards for innovation and leadership within the insurance industry and co-leads Aon's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.
