Lori Goltermann

Lori Goltermann serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Clients.

As CEO, Lori leads corporate direction and strategy, empowering 7,000 colleagues across 40 offices serving clients in Aon’s Commercial Risk and Health Solutions businesses. She also serves as a key business leader of the firm’s Client Promise, Aon’s framework for delivering client value, and is the North America executive sponsor for Delivering Aon United, Aon’s strategy for bringing the best of the firm to clients. She also serves as executive sponsor for Aon’s U.S. Inclusion and Diversity Council and as an ambassador for Aon’s Global Inclusion Leadership Council.

Since joining Aon in 1993, Lori has spent decades growing and shaping U.S. operations to position Aon as a leading professional services firm. Most recently, she served as CEO for the firm’s U.S. Health and Benefits practice. Prior roles include leading the Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions Practice as well as the National Account Executive Practice.

Lori holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington University. In 2019, she joined The Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (CIAB) board as well as The Chicago Network, where Aon is a founding member of the Equity Pledge. More recently, Lori was selected as the 2020 recipient of the prestigious Association of Professional Insurance Women (APIW) Insurance Woman of the Year Award and Katie School Hall of Fame Honoree in recognition of her decades long prominence in her profession and significant leadership and contributions to the insurance industry.
