Lucy Cutler

Lucy Cutler has extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Co-CEO of Global Re Specialty at Aon since February 2013. In this role, Lucy has also been a Personal Assistant to both the Head of Non-Marine and the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, as well as a Team Assistant within the Non-Marine team. Prior to Aon, Lucy held positions as an Account Manager focusing on Non-Marine Property Reinsurance at Amlin UK and as a Bordereaux Technician. Lucy began a career in the insurance industry as an Insurance Advisor at Equity Insurance from September 2007 to July 2012. Lucy holds a Business & Administration BTEC NVQ Level 3 degree from Chelmsford College.
