Luna Soh is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of Employee Benefits Consulting and Online Benefits at Aon, overseeing all aspects of the business services for the Malaysia EB consulting program. Previously, Luna served as Head of Employee Benefits for MP Honan Insurance Brokers and held the role of Assistant Vice President for Employee Health & Benefits at Marsh, where they led a team in managing over 100 accounts. Luna began their career at Medi Express as a Medical Claims Assessor and has since gained extensive experience in employee health and benefits, claims processing, and strategic planning across various organizations. Luna is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.
