Luz Ashby is an Associate Creative Director at Aon, where they continue to shape impactful brand experiences. With over 10 years of experience, Luz has held various roles, including Senior Creative Designer at Uber, where they received a Bronze medal from the Círculo Creatívo de México for innovative activism. Luz began their career as a Junior Graphic Designer at Lápiz Verde and has since contributed to the creative landscapes of companies like Klar and WaterFurnace International. They hold a Licentiate degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, and are also an artist and illustrator passionate about pop culture and large-scale painting.
