Lynn Ernst, CEBS, is currently serving as Vice President and Health Solutions Client Delivery Leader at Aon, where they oversee client relationships and employee benefit strategies across Ohio and Kentucky. With extensive expertise in health, benefits, and wellness program compliance, Lynn has effectively managed teams while delivering services for large clients since joining Aon in 2015. Previously, Lynn held roles as Assistant Vice President and Senior Consultant within the same organization and consulted for Mercer from 1999 to 2005. Lynn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and is pursuing an MBA with dual concentrations in Health Systems Management and Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management.
