Lynne Noel is a licensed attorney and employee benefits leader currently serving as Vice President in the Time Away & Life Solutions Practice at Aon. With extensive experience in navigating group benefit plans and regulatory compliance, Lynne held the position of In-House Counsel and Senior Consultant at Havens & Company, Inc. from 1999 to 2024. Lynne has also worked at Spring Consulting Group as AVP of Absence and Disability and previously at Unum in various roles, providing strategic legal support and developing compliant benefit solutions. Lynne is pursuing an AB in Government from Smith College and a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Maine School of Law.
