Mandy Phan

Mandy Phan is an experienced insurance and reinsurance professional currently serving as the Head of Production Asia at Aon since August 2025. Previous roles include Senior Treaty Broker APAC at Miller Insurance Services LLP and Senior Vice President at Guy Carpenter, where expertise in treaty analysis and expanding business lines across Malaysia, Brunei, and Cambodia was demonstrated. Mandy has also held positions as Regional Country Manager for Hannover Re, focusing on market strategy in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and the Philippines, and as Deputy Principal Officer and Divisional Director at Asia Reinsurance Brokers, specializing in treaty placement. Earlier experience includes working as an Analyst for the Governance Transparency Index at the National University of Singapore and as a Paralegal at various law firms. Mandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Corporate Governance from the National University of Singapore, along with ACCA and ACII qualifications.
