Mark Barus is an experienced professional currently serving as the Resident Sales Director for Aon in New Jersey since February 2021, and previously held the position of Chief of Staff to Aon’s President in North America. In this role, Mark led the US program for Aon’s "Delivering Aon United" strategy, aimed at enhancing collaboration and client leadership. Prior to this, Mark worked at MetLife as a Manager in Strategy and Analytics for Global Customer Solutions and contributed as a Business Planning Consultant in the same division. Earlier experience includes strategic roles at Aon, including Strategy Analyst and Business Delivery Specialist. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Drew University.
