Mark Tisdale

Mark Tisdale is the Vice President of Health Solutions for Western Canada at Aon, where they focus on health and productivity management, fostering organizational growth and engagement. With over 25 years of experience, Mark has provided leadership and created resources that promote employee well-being across various organizations globally. Prior to Aon, Mark held leadership roles at McFadden Benefits and Great-West Life, contributing to wellness initiatives and product development. In addition to their professional pursuits, Mark is a facilitator and performer at the internationally recognized Drum Café, enriching team building experiences through music. Mark completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba, followed by advanced studies in Employee Benefits and Marketing.
