Matt McCool

Matt McCool is an Associate Director at Aon, having advanced from the role of Senior Actuarial Analyst at Aon's Reinsurance Solutions, where they worked from 2019 to 2025. They successfully passed several professional exams, including P/1, FM/2, IFM, MAS-I, MAS-II, and Exam 5. Matt graduated with a degree in Actuarial Science from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management in May 2020. Early in their career, they gained experience as an Actuarial Intern at Aon Benfield and served as an Owl Ambassador at Temple University, providing campus tours and assistance to prospective students. Additionally, Matt worked as an Office Assistant at M&M Silkscreen from 2011 to 2025, where they managed invoices and inventory.
