Matt Silver

Matt Silver is a Senior Vice President and Broking Manager at Aon, where they have held various leadership roles since 2020, including Vice President and Team Lead. They began their career at Aon as a part of a New Graduate Program and progressed to senior positions, focusing on energy brokerage. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Studies with a concentration in Finance and Administration from Western University and completed a Canadian Risk Management designation at the University of Toronto.
