Matthew has previously held roles at Aon as a Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Senior Analyst, and has extensive experience in actuarial and analytics within global risk consulting. They possess a strong academic background, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Theoretical Physics and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, where they also taught undergraduate mathematics courses.
