Matthew Richardson

Matthew Richardson is a Partner at Aon, leading the corporate pensions consulting team in Bristol. They advise corporate clients on pensions and benefits issues, including year-end accounting, scheme funding valuation negotiations, pension scheme risk management, and benefit design. Matthew is also part of Aon’s M&A specialist team, providing guidance on pensions and benefits concerns during transactions. They previously served as a Corporate Pensions Consultant at Aon Hewitt since 2005 and had a six-month secondment at Hewitt Associates in New York. Matthew earned an MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge in 2005.
