Max Newbigging

Max Newbigging is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in global mobility, currently serving as the Head of Global Mobility at Aon since 2023. Previously, they held significant roles including Director & Owner at Discovery Global Mobility and Global Mobility Advisory, as well as Head of Global Mobility at Old Mutual plc. Max also gained valuable experience as a Vice President at both Merrill Lynch and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant for GMAC Global Relocation Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and were an Assistant to the Director of HR at British Airways.
