Maxime Hersent

Maxime Hersent is currently the Head of Catastrophe Analytics at Aon, where they focus on engineering and actuarial analyses to quantify the impacts of climate-driven and seismic phenomena. Previously, Maxime served as the Deputy Head of Catastrophe Analytics at Aon and held roles such as CAT Risk Modeler at SCOR and Head of Catastrophe Risk Accumulation at AXA. Maxime began their career as an Actuarial Consultant at Deloitte. They hold a Master of Engineering in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Centrale de Paris and a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from Université Paris Dauphine.
