Meaghan Cole is currently the Vice President of Aon Choice, where they focus on expanding and integrating innovative health and wellness solutions for clients. Previously, Meaghan held the position of Vice President of Products and Solutions at SEB Administrative Services Inc. from 2017 to 2022, and served as Benefits Director in Health Solutions at Aon Hewitt from 2011 to 2017. Meaghan also gained experience as a Benefits Requirements Consultant at Aon and as a Benefits Service Manager at Hewitt Associates. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from York University and a Certificate in Human Resources from Ryerson University.
