Melissa Feldmeier

Melissa Feldmeier is currently the Senior Employment Law and Global Investigations Lead Counsel at Aon Corporation, providing legal services for a global service provider across over 120 countries. With a robust background in labor and employment law, ethics, and global investigations, they previously served as Deputy General Counsel for Duke Energy Corporation, where they managed HR policy, compliance, and legal strategies. Feldmeier began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Wood & Lamping and Thompson Hine LLP, focusing on commercial litigation and employment law matters. They also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati, teaching graduate-level courses. Feldmeier holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a BA in Political Science from Miami University.
