Mette Risom

Mette Risom is a strong and proactive leader with extensive experience in the pension industry, both strategically and operationally. Currently serving as the Head of Advisory at Aon, Mette is responsible for pension and customer advisory. Previously, Mette led a team of approximately 80 employees at PFA Pension, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and fostering high employee morale through effective management and process optimization. Mette has a solid educational background, which includes various leadership and management courses from respected institutions such as Copenhagen Business School and Probana Business School.
