Michael Burke is an experienced professional passionate about helping people and organizations grow and adapt their work processes. They currently serve as the Executive Chair of Talent at Aon, a position held since 2023. Previously, Michael was the CEO of Human Capital Solutions at Aon from 2019 to 2023 and held various leadership roles at McLagan from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Michael co-founded MIB Partners in 1999 and has been working towards their ACMA designation at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
