Michael Chan is currently the Vice President at Aon, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Michael worked as a Manager in the Business Management Department at Shanghai Electric Insurance Limited from 2020 to 2023, overseeing underwriting and reinsurance management for the captive insurer. Prior to that, Michael gained experience as an Underwriter for Treaty Reinsurance at Asia Capital Re from 2016 to 2020, and as a Placement Broker at Willis Re in 2015-2016.
