Michael Hilton is a Chief Actuary for Health & Benefits in Asia, currently leading efforts at Aon Risk Solutions and Cigna International. With over 18 years of experience in HR consulting, they have worked with industry leaders such as Towers Watson, Mercer, and Aon, spanning regions including Australia, the United States, and Asia. Michael is recognized for designing Asia’s first analytics-based integrated benefits model, achieving significant cost savings and improved employee productivity. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Monash University and have earned significant actuarial credentials from the American Academy of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.
