Michael Marzano

Michael Marzano is an Enterprise Client Leader at Aon, currently serving select clients in the Atlanta, New York, and Washington DC markets. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions consulting, they previously held the position of Partner at Aon Hewitt from 1996 to 2014, where they specialized in global M&A and talent management. Prior to Aon, Marzano worked at EY as a Principal and at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant, further enhancing their expertise in HR and performance improvement. Their career began at Accenture as an HR Consultant. Marzano earned their education at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
