Michael Nachajski is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in consulting and law. Since October 2018, Michael has served as the Director of Corporate Governance Consulting within the Executive & Board Advisory division at Aon, having progressed from roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant in the same field. Prior to Aon, Michael worked as an Associate at Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy & Kramer, LLP, and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at UGI Corporation, where support was provided to in-house counsel on various legal matters. Michael also held positions with the Villanova Law Review, Giannascoli & Kent, P.C., and The Richard Norman Company, and began a career in political coordination with Phillips for Senate and internship experience at The Heritage Foundation. Michael holds a Juris Doctor with a Business Concentration from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Elon University.
