They began their career in the insurance industry in 1993 at Royal Insurance and later joined Aon in 1997, where they held various positions including Broking Director and Head of Corporate Broking for UK Retail. Prior to Aon, Michelle served as Branch Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance and worked in multiple roles at Aon Risk Solutions and RSA. Their extensive experience spans over three decades, showcasing a strong background in broking and risk management.
