Mike Edwards is a Partner at Aon with over 20 years of experience in the pensions and insurance industry, specializing in de-risking solutions for defined benefit pension schemes. Since joining Aon in 2018, they have led the advice and broking on over £20 billion of bulk annuities and currently advise scheme trustees and employers on risk settlement solutions. Mike previously held senior roles at Scottish Widows and Legal & General, where they managed significant bulk annuity businesses and developed innovative solutions for pension scheme liabilities. They also provided pensions advice at KPMG and Aon Hewitt, focusing on de-risking strategies. Mike is currently pursuing further education at The University of Manchester.
