Mike Pearson is currently the Head of Financial Lines, Commercial Risks UK at Aon, a position held since 2024. They previously served as the Head of UK PI Broking at Aon from 2022 to 2025. Before joining Aon, Mike worked as a PI Broker and Claims Broker at Contractsure from 2015 to 2019. They also gained experience as an intern at UNHCR in Uganda in 2006. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in French from the University of Southampton and attended Caterham School from 1997 to 2004.
