Mike Pickard

Mike Pickard is the Director of Global ILS and Commercial Management at Aon, where they play a pivotal role in developing solutions in areas such as Captives, Pension de-risking, and Commercial (Re)Insurance. Previously, they served as an Associate Director at Aon and held the position of Vice President at Marsh, overseeing a portfolio of Captive Insurance Entities and chairing investment committees. Mike began their career as an Audit Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Geography from the University of Plymouth. They have also contributed to several committees within the Guernsey International Insurance Association.
