Miles Afsharnik

Miles Afsharnik is the Managing Director of the FSG Legal & Claims Practice at Aon, a position held since 2021. They have over 25 years of experience in litigation, risk management, and the specialty lines insurance industry, with particular expertise in director & officer (D&O) liability, technology errors and omissions liability, and complex litigation. Prior roles include Claims Manager at Zurich North America, Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, and National Practice Leader at USI Insurance Services. Afsharnik began their legal career as a Litigation Associate at Phillips Lytle LLP and has served in various capacities in the legal field, including Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department. They earned their law degree from SUNY Buffalo Law School, completing their studies in 1993.
