Muir MacPherson

Muir Macpherson, PhD, currently serves as Partner and Global Human Capital Analytics Leader at Aon, a position held since September 2021, where efforts focus on building a team of data scientists to innovate people management. Prior to Aon, Muir held several key roles, including Americas Analytics Leader for People Advisory Services at EY from February 2013 to September 2021, and Senior Economist at Bloomberg Government from March 2011 to January 2013. Muir's academic experience includes serving as Assistant Professor of Strategy at Georgetown University from August 2005 to June 2011, and Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Texas at Austin from September 2002 to May 2005. Muir earned a Ph.D. in Applied Economics and Management Science from The Wharton School and a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
