Musa Adlan

Musa Adlan has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sector, serving as Executive Director and Head of South East Asia at Aon since July 2008. This role encompasses leadership positions such as President Director and Senior Director, where responsibilities include overseeing operations in Indonesia, developing competitive market strategies, and empowering local talent. Prior roles at Aon also included business development and client strategy as Associate Director and experience as a Broker, focusing on Re/Takaful initiatives across various Southeast Asian markets. Earlier professional experiences include an internship at Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, where Musa monitored futures market movements, and a Product Development internship at Taj Hotels, where project analysis and cost-reduction strategies were developed. Musa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from NTU, completed in 2008.
