Nicholas Churm

Nicholas Churm is the Head of IT Change for Western Europe at Aon, where they have contributed significantly to the strategic development of business applications since 2017. With over 14 years of experience in the financial services sector, Nicholas has a proven track record in managing complex transformation programs and fostering stakeholder relationships. Prior to their current role, they held positions as a Senior Business Analyst and BA Team Manager, and began their career at Jardine Lloyd Thompson as a Business Analyst. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Information Systems from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
