Nini O'Keefe

Nini O'Keefe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, wellbeing programs, and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Aon since April 2024, Nini previously held roles at Blue Zones focused on product and people engagement, and as a Wellbeing & Employee Services Program Manager at Asurion, where responsibilities included designing and managing employee services for a large workforce. Nini's background also includes senior management positions at Healthways, where program development and strategic event management were key, as well as earlier experience at Standard Register and GE Money. Nini holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Mississippi State University, completed in 2004.
