Nora McCord

Nora McCord is a Partner at Aon Human Capital Solutions, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Head of Compensation and People Insights at Glossier, Inc. from 2021 to 2022 and held various positions at Aon Hewitt, including Associate Partner from 2016 to 2021.
