Paige Melcher

Paige Melcher is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management, mentorship, and recruitment. As a Student Mentor for Million Girls Moonshot, Paige guided young girls and non-binary youth in engineering topics. At Expert Institute, Paige held the roles of Product Management Intern and later Product Analyst, where contributions included collaborating with engineering teams, gathering feedback for product enhancements, and managing product backlogs using agile methodologies. Currently serving as Account Manager I at Aon, Paige previously held the position of Vice President of Recruitment for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc., where a recruitment plan was developed and executed effectively within budget constraints. Paige earned a degree from the University of Vermont from 2019 to 2023.
