Pamela Eitzen

Pamela Eitzen is an experienced Art Director currently working at Aon since July 2022, focusing on creating engaging educational videos and print solutions for the Equity Rewards Communications team. Prior to Aon, Eitzen served as Principal and Creative Director at EitzenCreative from February 2012 to December 2022, managing a team of creative professionals and developing comprehensive brand guidelines, advertising campaigns, corporate videos, and other marketing collateral. Eitzen's career includes a significant tenure as Principal and Creative Director at The Creative Department, Inc. from 1995 to 2012, where responsibilities included leading large projects, budget management, and business development. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Designer and Account Manager at Anthony Russell Associates from 1989 to 1995, focusing on conceptual development and client communications. Eitzen holds a BFA with Honors in Communication Design from the University of the Arts, has participated in the Yale University-Brissago Summer Program, and studied at Parsons School of Design.
